Living in Gisozi

Gisozi is a lived-in Gasabo neighbourhood, known to visitors for the Kigali Genocide Memorial and to residents for hillside houses, local shops, and roads toward Kibagabaga and Kimironko.

Housing is practical family stock rather than diplomatic villas. Motos cover short hops; drainage and access on the slopes are worth checking in rainy season. Kimironko Market is the usual larger shop.
