2. Being Honest and Respectful

Be yourself: When you reach out to us or book a viewing, please give us accurate contact details so we can actually get in touch with you.

Play fair: You agree not to misuse our website, copy our property listings without permission, or try to hack or disrupt our platform.

3. Property Listings & Our Best Advice

Always changing: Real estate moves fast in Kigali! While we work hard to keep our photos, prices (like our featured listings in Nyarutarama and Kibagabaga), and descriptions up-to-date, properties can sometimes be rented out or modified by owners before we can update the site.

See it for yourself: Pictures and virtual tours are great, but nothing beats an in-person visit. We always encourage you to physically tour properties and double-check official records (such as Land Titles at the Rwanda Land Management and Use Authority) before signing any lease or making a purchase.

4. Fees and Transactions

If we charge any agency commissions or finder's fees for successfully helping you secure a rental or land plot, we will always be upfront and transparent about them before any agreement is finalized. Any direct financial transactions between you and third-party landlords follow their specific agreements.

5. Keeping Things Friendly (Liability)

We pride ourselves on our 10+ years of local experience and trusted service. However, because real estate involves many moving parts and third parties, Kigali Rent cannot be held responsible for unexpected changes made by individual landlords or third-party property owners. We are always here to advocate for you and help resolve any hiccups along the way!
